Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

FOR INTERNATIONAL
The products will be shipped whitin 14 days on average after payment confirmation.
Delivery may be delayed if the billing and shipping addresses are different, so please contact us by phone (02-527-0808) or on Q&A board in our website.

    Shipping charges: 4,000 won

    For Jeju Island, island / mountain area, an additional shipping charge of 1,000 won will be charged in addition to the basic shipping charge.





    Internatinal delivery service

    Good news! Soilbaker now ships worldwide. International shipping rates vary according to destination country. International tax and duties are not included in our shipping cost; the recipient will be invoiced for this if necessary once the shipment reaches its destination.

    In-stock orders are shipped via EMS within 1-2 weeks after placed. An email containing tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. If an item is listed as out of stock, feel free to contact us to see when it’s expected to come back.

    We don’t offer gift wrapping for international shipped orders, since the safety of your products is our number one priority in how we design our packaging for long-distance travel.


    Customs Charges

    We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden customs charges in your payment. You are subjected to import duties, Value added tax, customs handling fees, etc. based on import regulation of your country.

    Although usually, you won't be taxed with values less than a certain amount. However, the rules and regulations are different in every country, so there is no way for us to state them all here. You may inquire your local EMS agents, or your country's trade bureau for more information.

     

    What if my order is damaged or broken when it arrives?

    Any breakage in shipment must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the shipment to receive your replacements. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the broken pieces with original packaging materials so that we can file a claim and replace the broken pieces free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLITY Only items purchased from soilbaker.com are entitled to be exchanged or returned.
Please note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy. Due to the nature of the pottery products, exchange or refund will not be possible because of customer's simple change of mind or after product packaging removal / use of the product. Due to the characteristics of soil and glaze, there might be small bumps, bubbles, or glaze marks. This is a characteristic of a ceramic bowl, so it is not a reason for exchange or refund. Therefore, please check it carefully before making a purchase. However, in case of product malfunction or damage, you may return the concerned item(s) in original, unused condition at your own expense, using a mailing method allowing tracking. Prior to shipping, please contact us explaining the reason of your return. The original receipt, non-damaged original packaging and shipping box are compulsory to entitle the customer to a full refund. Please note that received return product that is damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be approved for return and the shipping fees of the original order are not refundable. When ordering with a credit card or real-time account transfer, refunds can be processed immediately if the order is canceled before shipment. However, if the product is canceled after shipment, it will be refunded after the product is returned. In order to process an exchange, the items must be safely shipped back to us by the customer first. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during exchange shipping, so we strongly recommend you pack the items well in their original package and ship via a mailing method that allows tracking. Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
